At Talking Wills, our story begins with Alan Batton, driven by a deep passion for empowering families to secure their legacies.
Alan’s journey in estate planning instilled in him a profound understanding of the challenges families face. He witnessed first-hand the anxieties caused by delays and a lack of personalised attention in the traditional estate planning process. This ignited a fire within him to create a better experience.
Fuelled by this desire, Alan established Talking Wills. His vision was to create a service that prioritises both excellence and empathy.
